"Alpha wolf" anything. The alpha-beta-omega hierarchy came from a 1940s study of unrelated captive wolves. David Mech, the researcher who popularised it, spent years afterwards trying to retract it: wild wolf packs are family groups, and the "alpha" is simply the parent. Anyone who has read about wolves knows this, and a mug about being the alpha tells them you have not.
Wolf-dog hybrid anything that romanticises ownership. Hybrids are the animals most often surrendered to sanctuaries, and wolf people know it.
Real fur or teeth, including "ethically sourced" claims, which are almost impossible to verify.
If you are buying wolf jewellery
It works well and it is the most-given wolf gift there is. Check which chain length suits the wearer first, and if the piece is for a man, the men's lengths run differently.
