The Covid-19 pandemic has affected supply chains and carriers worldwide. So our shipments to virtually every country were affected worldwide.
As of updating this FAQ, things are getting back to normal, we're seeing normal delivery times to:
- Australia and New Zealand
- Almost every country in Europe, especially the UK
Some countries are still experiencing longer-than-usual delivery times. Two countries are suffering from this but are getting better by the day:
In these other regions, delivery times can be substantially higher:
- Mexico
- Central & South America

What should you do if you placed an order and you did not receive your package?
Contact our support desk including your order number; we have some tracking tools we use internally that can give us more information than the one available in our public website.
We will get all the information at our disposal, and send it to you. Based on that situation, we will decide what the best course of action is.
